PROService - Remote Connectivity

PROService combines a secure, direct data connection to Beckman Coulter's Customer Technical Support centers with a suite of sophisticated support tools and functionalities. This powerful synergy enables our Service and Support teams to view and diagnose the performance of your Beckman Coulter instrument in real time with a greater level of efficiency and accuracy. How it works

PROService is a remote diagnostic system that enhances the technical support of your Beckman Coulter systems. A PROService RAP box placed in the lab coordinates a secure, encrypted communication between your instruments and the secure Beckman Coulter servers. The PROService RAP box transfers information pertinent to instrument health to Beckman Coulter and can create a connection with support personnel to permit remote viewing of the system for troubleshooting.

Secure and confidential PROService transfers data pertinent to instrument performance and uses a multi-faceted approach to meet rigorous standards for security, privacy, and confidentiality. Industry-standard encryption and connection methods protect the data being transferred. Sophisticated systems, safeguards and controls maintain integrity in data confidentiality. Access is limited to Beckman Coulter Service and Support staff in your geographic location.

Instrument Compatibility Beckman Coulter Life Science instruments that are PROservice compatible include Navios, Navios EX, Gallios and Aquios CL. Beckman Coulter Navios, Navios EX, Gallios and Kaluza for Gallios allow remote adjustments to pressure, flow rate, and alignment allowing issues to be resolved easily over the phone. File transfer and remote viewing are available on all PROService-eligible systems. Additional benefits of remote access enables application support with real-time data. QC verifications can be readily evaluated for troubleshooting without the need of a traditional hard copy transmittance.
