V δ 2 is the human variable δ 2 gene of the γδ T cell receptor. V δ 2+ T cells are the main population of the circulating γδ T cells. It is expressed by 0.5% to 10% of PBL in normal blood, representing around 70% of the peripheral γδ T cells. V δ 2 is mostly associated with V γ 9. This sequence is also referred to as TRDV2 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature). TCR V δ 2

Lysed normal whole blood sample.

Clone: IMMU 389 (IgG1 Mouse) The IMMU389 antibodygivesexcellentresultsin immunofluorescenceand frozensections. It also worksin Westernblot. It recognizesthe V δ 2 + T cell receptor (non reducing conditions), and the isolated δ chain under reducing conditions. It immunoprecipates the γδ

γδ complexfromthe

complex of V δ 2 + T cell clones.

V γ 9 is the only functional member of the group II γ variable genes of the γδ T cell receptor. It is expressed by 0.5% to 10% of PBL in normal blood, representing around 70% of circulating γδ + T cells. Therefore, V γ 9 positive cells are the major population of circulating γδ T cells. V γ 9 is mainly associated with V δ 2. The combination V γ 9-V δ 2 γδ T cell seems to recognize mycobacterial antigens. This sequence is also referred to as TRGV9 (based on the IMGT gene nomenclature). TCR V γ 9

Lysed normal whole blood sample gated on lymphocytes.

Clone: IMMU 360 (IgG1 Mouse) IMMU 360 may be used in flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation,Westernblot and immunohistochemistrytechniques.IMMU 360 cross reacts with: Squirrel Monkey.
